Wellbeing is a big part of our work at St Ninian’s.  As signatories to the See Mee pledge to end the stigma that surrounds mental health we have worked closely with Stigma Free Lanarkshire and our friends at Hope Cafe Lanarkshire to break down barriers, promote wellbeing and support those living with mental ill-health.

This year, for the first time, we are planning a Wellbeing Sunday on 18th of November at 11am.  During the service we will explore why wellbeing is at the heart of Jesus’ concerns and how we are all called to work to break down stigma and discrimination.  We’ll also do some things that we know promote good mental as well as physical wellbeing… community singing and eating together.

So, why not join us…
