Hope Cafe

The Hope Cafe is a friendly, welcoming and supportive community cafe for everyone.  It pops up every second Thursday from 10am until 2pmin the hall of St Ninian’s Church in Stonehouse, Lanarkshire .

We work hard to tackle the stigma and discrimination which is faced by people who experience mental health problems by speaking openly about mental ill-health.

We have information stalls and free training opportunities for the local community.  Free self-help resources and information leaflets are always available at our community café along with an enjoyable cuppa and chat.

If you’d like to come along but feel a little nervous please contact us by either calling or texting 07340 859713 to speak to one of our volunteers who will arrange to meet you outside the door to accompany you inside to a warm welcome.  We look forward to seeing you!
