Hope Cafe Too
The Hope Cafe Too is a friendly, welcoming and supportive community cafe for everyone. It pops up usually on the last Thursday of the month, but this time on the 21st November from 7pm until 9pm in the hall of St Ninian’s Church in Stonehouse, Lanarkshire .
We work hard to tackle the stigma and discrimination which is faced by people who experience mental health problems by speaking openly about mental ill-health.
Coffee, cake, mindfulness, yoga, peer support group and chat. We have information stalls and free training opportunities for the local community. Free self-help resources and information leaflets are always available at our community café along with an enjoyable cuppa and chat.
If you’d like to come along but feel a little nervous please contact us by either calling or texting 07340 859713 to speak to one of our volunteers who will arrange to meet you outside the door to accompany you inside to a warm welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
